BHEL has released the recruitment notification to fill the 760 Graduate Apprentice, Technician Apprentice, Trade Apprentice Posts. This online facility will be available on the Official website @ https://trichy.bhel.com/ from 28.08.2025 at 10.00 AM to 15.09.2025 at 11.45 PM. Engineering – Graduate Apprentice – Passed in 10+2 and Graduation in Engineering/ Technology as a regular full time candidate.
Accountancy – Graduate Apprentice– Passed in 10+2 and Graduation in Commerce (B.Com) as a regular full time candidate.
Assistant-HR – Passed in 10+2 and Graduation in Arts (B.A) as a regular full time candidate.
Technician Apprentice – High School Pass and Diploma pass as a regular full time candidate in the last FIVE years, from Govt. recognized institute, with minimum 60% marks for UR/OBC(NCL)/EWS Applicants and minimum 50% marks for ST/SC Applicants. Applicants who have completed their full-time Diploma courses in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 will only be eligible for applying for apprenticeship training. Candidates who have completed Diploma through Distance Learning / Part Time / Correspondence/Sandwich courses shall not be considered for apprenticeship training in BHEL.
3. Trade Apprentice – High School Pass and ITI pass as a Regular Full Time candidate from a NCVT/SCVT recognized institute. For all Trades except Welder in Table No1 above NCVT/SCVT certificate is required. For welder trade NCVT shall only be considered. Candidates who have completed their full-time ITI course are eligible for applying in apprenticeship training.

3. Trade Apprentice – 18 to 27 Years
Relaxation of Upper age limit:
For SC/ ST Applicants: 5 years
For OBC Applicants: 3 years
For PwBD (Gen/ EWS) Applicants: 10 years
For PwBD (SC/ ST) Applicants: 15 years
For PwBD (OBC) Applicants: 13 years
For Ex-Servicemen Applicants: As per Govt. Policy
Stipend for BHEL:
1. Graduate Apprentice– Rs.12000/-
2. Technician Apprentice – Rs.11000/-
3. Trade Apprentice – Rs.11050/-

– The candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria have to first register in Ministry of Education/GOI portal – https://nats.education.gov.in and note down their 12/16 digits long unique Student Enrolment No., as applicable This 12/16 -digit Student Enrolment No. is mandatory for submitting online application in BHEL portal.
– Candidates must register on the www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in site before submitting an online application through the BHEL Trichy portal at https://trichy.bhel.com. Candidates can see Annexure-I for information on how to submit their applications.
