Roles & Responsibilities :

• Perform PCB- level service and repair (in house & on site )
• Visit customer sites for service, installation, troubleshooting
• conduct failure analysis and maintain details service records.
• Manage inward/ outward tracking of service PCBs and parts
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Ensure timely resolution of service calls with customer satisfaction
