Job Description:
We are looking for a Python Support Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting and maintaining python-based applications. You will work closely with the development team to resolve issues, ensure smooth operations and deliver timely solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for Python-based tools and scripts.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
- Monitor application performance and identify recurring problems.
- Collaborate with the development team for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Document solutions, processes and technical findings.
Eligibility:
- Graduates from 2023 and 2024.
- Degree in computer science related stream.
- Minimum 60% on all academics.
